i'd like to see threads where everyone gives their recommendations as to the best places for Tex-Mex in various cities.
i'll start one on houston and consolidate the places already mentioned in the "Most Badass Mexican Food?" thread from the Houston, TX tribe.
we (you, me, somebody/anybody) could then go to tribes for San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, etc. and start similar threads and compile the results here
so, what do y'all think?

One of my fav places is the Mexican Cafe in Annapolis, MD, of all places. Really good food and the most potent rita's I've ever come across. They make great queso. It's a small hole in the wall place with outdoor seating. In nice weather, there can be a wait of an hour or more.
